Why buyers are comparing this project
A 3.75-acre courtyard-led plan, six towers and the central Varanasi location give it a distinct premium positioning. Visibility is useful for discovery, but it is not proof of value or future appreciation. The project should be compared with at least two nearby alternatives on total acquisition cost, usable carpet area, approach road, construction progress and after-handover maintenance.
