Portal prices change with floor, facing, inventory, payment plan, taxes and extra charges. Before paying a token, request a dated unit-wise cost sheet and compare it with the allotment form.
Why buyers are comparing this project
The project is a relatively new RERA registration in the Shivpur–Taktakpur belt, with a compact inventory profile and larger 3/4 BHK formats. Visibility is useful for discovery, but it is not proof of value or future appreciation. The project should be compared with at least two nearby alternatives on total acquisition cost, usable carpet area, approach road, construction progress and after-handover maintenance.

Confirm the precise tower, carpet area, floor-rise charges and whether the quoted possession date matches the registered completion date.
