Ajmera Realty & Infra (India) is targeting ₹2,200 crore of pre-sales in FY27 and expects to invest over ₹1,000 crore across its existing and upcoming projects over the next three-four years, said Dhaval Ajmera, director-corporate affairs. The company is also looking to build around two million sq ft of rental assets in Mumbai over the next five-eight years.
