Brickly India provides property discovery, project and market information, buyer tools, editorial content, enquiry support, newsletters and authorised business-profile publishing. Features may change as the service develops.

Listings, prices, availability, amenities, timelines, calculations and editorial material are informational and may change. They are not legal, tax, financial, investment or engineering advice and do not guarantee title, approvals, returns, possession or suitability. Verify current details, RERA records, ownership documents, costs and contractual terms with the relevant authority and qualified professionals before making a decision or payment.
Accounts and authorised connections
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use only accounts or business profiles you are authorised to manage. Connecting a Google Business Profile authorises Brickly to perform the actions you request within the permissions shown during Google's consent process. You remain responsible for reviewing content before publication and for complying with Google's policies. You may revoke access at any time.
Your enquiries and submissions
When you submit an enquiry, request a callback, subscribe or upload content, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You permit us to use it to deliver the requested service. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, confidential or harmful material.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, scrape at harmful scale, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, manipulate reviews or listings, publish deceptive content, or use Brickly in violation of law or a third-party platform policy.
Intellectual property
The Brickly name, branding, website design, original text, tools and software are owned by or licensed to Brickly. You may use the service for its intended purpose, but may not reproduce, sell, reverse engineer or commercially redistribute protected material without permission. Third-party names, images and source material remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party services
Brickly may link to or integrate with Google, government portals, maps, builders, payment providers and other third parties. Their services and content are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, decisions or accuracy.
Availability and termination
We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue features and may restrict access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or breach of these terms. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Brickly is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from reliance on property information, third-party conduct, service interruption or an unauthorised use of your account. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy, changes and governing law
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms and will publish the revised date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to applicable courts in Uttar Pradesh, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
