Who we are
Brickly India ("Brickly", "we", "us" or "our") provides property information, project discovery, buyer tools, newsletters, enquiry support and business-profile publishing services through bricklyindia.com and related administrative tools.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, property preferences, enquiry details, account information, newsletter choices and messages sent through our forms or assistant. We also receive limited technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, page activity, cookie identifiers and notification preferences.
Google user data
When an authorised user connects a Google Business Profile, Brickly requests the business.manage permission. We use it only to identify the business accounts and locations available to that user and to create or manage Business Profile posts the user has authorised.
We may store the selected Google account and location identifiers, location title, encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens, token expiry information and the identifiers or status of posts created through Brickly. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, use it to train general-purpose AI models or transfer it except to infrastructure providers needed to operate the requested feature or when required by law. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How we use information
- Provide property search, project information, tools and requested assistance.
- Respond to enquiries, arrange callbacks or site-visit support and maintain conversation history.
- Send newsletters or notifications you requested and manage your preferences.
- Publish authorised content to connected services such as Google Business Profile.
- Protect the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors and measure aggregate performance.
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We may share the minimum necessary information with hosting, email, analytics, notification and other technology providers that help operate Brickly; with property professionals when you request contact or assistance; or with authorities where disclosure is legally required. Providers are expected to handle information only for the service they supply.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential browser storage for sessions, preferences and security. We may use analytics to understand visits and improve the website. You can restrict cookies through your browser, although some account or preference features may stop working.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described here, to maintain business and audit records, resolve disputes or meet legal requirements. We use access controls, encryption where appropriate and operational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw marketing consent or object to certain processing. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe option. You can revoke Brickly's Google access from your Google Account connections; this stops future API access. You may also ask us to remove stored Google connection data.
Children and external links
Brickly is not directed to children under 18. Our pages may link to government portals, builders, maps or other third-party services whose privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The latest version and date will remain on this page. For privacy questions or data requests, email support@bricklyindia.com or use our contact page.
