SILA has raised ₹300 crore from Norwest in its real estate development arm, SILA Properties, at a valuation of ₹1,000 crore. The company plans to deploy ₹500 crore over the next two years towards land and project acquisitions across residential and commercial developments in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
